Opening over the July 4th weekend this year this 355,000 sf project designed for the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa will boast a gaming floor of over over 57,000 sf. The resort development includes a 12-story and 250-room hotel, a 4-story parking ramp that will add over 1,400 parking spaces, a 32,000 sf event center, and a 600 seat bingo hall. The facility design includes a steakhouse, buffet-style restaurant, and a deli. There will also be a cabaret with seating for 120 guests, two retail shops, a tanning salon, arcade, and business center. Through a rigorous design process, Black Bear has transformed into one of the top resort destinations in Minnesota.
